 On the library copy machines…

1.      Photocopy your original doc so you have two copies.

2.      Place both in the feeder tray.

3.      Select “Duplex/Combine” on the touch screen.

4.      Look at the right side of the touch screen under “Combine,” and you will see “2 in 1.”  Select it.

5.     Select the okay button on bottom right.

6.     Enter the number of copies (remember- you only need half), and you are set!

 (Relax- these directions are located near Copiers 4 & 5.  Look for the green paper)

 The finished document looks like the one below.  One quick trip to the paper slicer and you will have a worksheet that fits perfectly into a BRIM marble composition notebook. 

Helpful Hint: Is it the text too small to read? Increase the font size and decrease the margins on your original document if possible.
