Click this link, http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22563650/, and read the article entitled, “Green Pig Gives Birth to Glowing Piglets”. Post a comment explaining the following….
1. What is you first impression of scientists being able to genetically alter the mother pig and then that trait being passed to some of her offspring?
2. What is the DNA in the pigs that glow now called?
3. Knowing what you know about genetics and heredity, explain in your own words why only two of the piglets ended up with the ablilty to glow.
